Game Description

Red Faction: Guerrilla takes place 50 years after the events of Red Faction and invites players to become insurgent fighters in an insurgency movement called Red Faction that fights back against Earth Defense Force oppression. Red Faction: Guerrilla expands destruction-based gameplay with vast open-world environments, fast guerrilla-style combat, and true physics-based destruction; players will feel as if their actions can truly make an impactful statement against injustice in society today.

Open World Guerrilla Warfare – Battle as you choose when, where, and how. Employ guerrilla tactics, improvised weaponry and modified vehicles to lead insurgent attacks against EDF targets using your personal gameplay style or take on missions any which way around, engaging in destructive activities that loosen EDF control of Mars by engaging in disruptive activities that weaken their grip on it.

Strategic Destruction – Use destruction as an asset by setting ambushes or chain reaction explosions against enemy strongholds, permanently altering the game environment, or using fully dynamic destruction to improvise on the fly: blow holes into walls/floors for ambushes/escape, remove stairs to stop pursuers, or drive vehicles through walls that have blown out!
